The university is located in Peoria, Illinois; which is located about 165 miles from Chicago, and 166 miles from St. Louis. Peoria is known for being the "heart of Illinois", containing a little over 115,000 people according to the 2012 census. Over 5,700 students attend Bradley ("About Bradley."), coming from every state in the U.S. and 37 different countries.
